HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL

The institution started in 1994 in which more than 500 student study at high school and higher secondary levels, is one of the most reputable unaided schools in the district. The school has achieved remarkable distinction both in the number of students who took SSLC examination from one school and the excellent performance they put up in the result , which has fetched awards from District Panchayat thrice and various awards from sub district too. The proudest asset of the institution is a galaxy of students who have excelled both in academic and creative spheres.

In this age of Information Technology and universalisation of computer education, the management is doing everything in its power to equip the students in terms of their digital competency. The school offers Broad Band Internet facility for both students and teachers so as to broaden their intellectual horizons.

The school has produced a number of artists and performers who have put up marvellous performance at various levels. For many years the school has managed to retain its top-notch position in Arabic Literary Festival at District level. Besides, those artists’ have shown their talents in various items at creative and literacy festivals organized by Vidhya Rangam kala Sahithya vedhi

The school has left its mark in the field of sports &games as well. Many students have gone as far as national level to take part in sports & games of various kinds. A few have even made sports their career too.

A news paper named 'Jalakam' is brought out by children which contains news and information about the school and events and their programs in it.

In order to develop the habit of saving among the students, the school maintains the system of 'Sanjayika' where by students keep an account and deposit money in it.

Every year , the school conducts separate study tours that last two to three days , for high school and higher secondary students.
